Freeeeeee
Finally everything is done.
Here’s a little bit about what’s been going on in my life during these past few months.
My computer broke down on the day before my thesis was due and guess what, my thesis was inside it and there was no way to get it out of there. Only after an hour of hopeless hysterics I realized that I have a copy of it in my mailbox. Later on Pina and I’ve defended our papers with honors. And at last we’ve graduated.
The graduation itself wasn’t as much fun as we’ve imagined it would be. Most of us just got wasted and nothing extraordinary happened. So now we’re done with the International University as sad as it may sound.
But another one is already waiting for us. Pina and I have been accepted to the RUDN (Rossiyskiy Universitet Drujbi Narodov) and now we’re going to study PR in MassMedia.
My phone also died of alcoholism – it drank too much beer one night and didn’t handle it, poor thing. My parents wouldn’t gimme any money to buy a new one, so I had to work for 3,5 days to get some money. Pina and I were working at a shoe exhibition that was held in the center of Moscow and now we know a whole lot about shoes but I hated working there it was too tiresome and quite boring. But I did get the money and today I’ll get a new cell phone.
The best news is that in 2 days I’ll be out of town till the end of summer. As you might’ve guessed I’m going to my village. These few weeks spent in Moscow have killed me and I can’t wait to leave and finally get a good relaxing vacation.
I didn’t go to the White sea with Nickolay Pavlovich cause I got sick. And I don’t regret it cause most of the fun people that were planning to go – didn’t. So probably I’ll go with him to the excavations next summer which will probably be lots of fun.
Plans plans plans… I’ve too many. I hope you all are having a great summer. And it’s great that you guys are not forgetting about us cause we think about you every day. Send me emails, leave some comments. I promise to answer everything by the time I get back even if I won’t have a computer by that time.
Alex, watch over my webpage for me while I’ll be gone;)
All the very best
Julikova
Hey there dear, congrats to you and Pina!! Sounds like in the end you made it...proud of ya hon. Anya says hi...she's in London right now and trying desperately to hang on there - she's got vertigo. Sounds innocent but she got really sick a few days.
Posted by Liza on July 8, 2004 07:57 PMIn other news, I understand the whole 'ocean separating us' relationship a whole lot better now. It was a hard decision to come to...especially since I didn't have an entire semester behind me with my boy. Well, anyway i'm sure you'll hear more about it but i'll tell you in an e-mail if you like.
At any rate, have a great summer and otdoxnoshsa ochen ochen xhorosho!!!
Love ya toots,
Liza
I'll be waiting for an email;) Lave ya too!
